The person behind Ready Solutions
Mitchel Lairscey
Over twenty years in software engineering. Five of them running my own web development and B2B marketing company. Seven years as a senior engineer, then engineering leader, at an enterprise organization.
That last chapter is where everything changed. I spent 18 months deploying Claude daily across my teams. 3.5 years doing LLM engineering. I contributed heavily to AI integration, research, and adoption across the organization, and watched it produce measurable value increases company-wide, with technology teams seeing some of the largest gains.
The agentic development workflows I designed there compressed five sprints into a single sprint. My team averages 1,600 lines of code per engineer per day. I have trained dozens of people across engineering, QA, product, and leadership. These are not theoretical numbers. They are what happened when the right system met a team willing to use it.
I started Ready Solutions because I kept having the same conversation with engineering leaders at other companies: "We bought Claude and nobody knows what to do with it." That is the problem I solve.
What this is
Ready Solutions is an independent consultancy focused on Claude and AI integration for technical teams. I help engineering leaders, business owners, and individual engineers get practical value from AI tools.
I am a sole practitioner. No junior associates, no padded timelines, no deliverables designed to create follow-on work. When you hire Ready Solutions, you get me directly.
The goal of every engagement is independence. I build the system, train your team, and leave you with something that works without me. Consultant dependency is a failure mode.
How I work
Show your work.
Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it. No black boxes. If you ask "why this approach?" there is always a specific answer grounded in experience.
Build independence, not dependency.
Training materials, documented standards, and knowledge transfer are the core deliverable. The engagement succeeds when your team can run without me.
Ship over slides.
I would rather show a working configuration than present a strategy deck. Proof is in the output, not the pitch.
Claude-forward, not Claude-exclusive.
All my proof points and deep expertise are with Claude and Anthropic tools. But most of what I build transfers across models. If a different model is the better choice, I will say so.
