"We bought Claude and nobody knows what to do with it." That is the problem I solve.

MITCHEL LAIRSCEY

Over twenty years in software engineering. Five of them running my own web development and B2B marketing company. Seven years as a senior engineer, then engineering leader, at an enterprise organization. That last chapter is where everything changed: 18 months deploying agentically, 3.5 years of LLM engineering, and a meaningful contribution to AI integration and adoption across the org.

Ready Solutions AI is an independent consultancy. Sole practitioner. No junior associates, no padded timelines, no deliverables designed to create follow-on work. The goal of every engagement is independence: I build the system, train your team, and leave you with something that works without me.

The path here

Twenty years of engineering, in four stages.

Each stage solved a different version of the same problem: how do you make a team faster without breaking what makes the team good.

How I work

Four operating principles.

01

Show your work.

Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it. No black boxes. If you ask "why this approach?" there is always a specific answer grounded in experience.

02

Build independence, not dependency.

Training materials, documented standards, and knowledge transfer are the core deliverable. The engagement succeeds when your team can run without me.

03

Ship over slides.

Working configuration over strategy deck. Proof is in the output, not the pitch.

04

Claude-forward, not Claude-exclusive.

All my deep proof points are with Claude. Most of what I build transfers across models. If a different model is the better choice for your case, I will say so.

What this isn't

Three things I'm not.

Not

A staffing agency

No ongoing headcount, no embedded engineers. I show up to solve a specific problem and step back when you can run it.

Not

A big-firm consultancy

No junior associates billing for my time. No padded timelines. No deliverables designed to create follow-on work.

Not

A tool vendor

Model-aware, not model-locked. Most of what I build (training, standards, eval frameworks, rollout plans) transfers across models.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Who founded Ready Solutions AI?

Mitchel Lairscey founded the company. Twenty years in software engineering, formed the LLC in 2026.

Are you a solo practitioner or a team?

Sole practitioner. Every engagement is direct: you work with me, not with a layer of associates.

Do you only work with Claude?

Claude-forward, not Claude-exclusive. All my deep proof points are with Claude, but most of what I build transfers across models.

What does an engagement look like?

Three phases: Assess, Build, Enable. Scope and duration scale to your team; the sequence holds.

What is the entry point?

A free 15-minute introductory call. Tell me about your team and where Claude fits. No sales pitch.

Who is this for?

Engineering leaders, product leaders, operations leaders, and individual engineers at companies adopting Claude or other LLM tooling. Primary depth is in enterprise engineering organizations.

How is pricing structured?

Flat project fees scoped per engagement. Rates are not published; discovery calls are free.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

Start with the free 15-minute call, or take the AI Readiness Assessment first. Both are designed to surface where Claude fits before you spend anything.

How engagements look

Assess. Build. Enable. Three phases, one outcome: your team running without me.
