Privacy Policy

Effective: March 28, 2026. Last updated: April 26, 2026.

Ready Solutions AI LLC ("Ready Solutions AI," "we," "us," "our") operates the website at readysolutions.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiries, we use it only for internal purposes, and we will never sell your information to anyone.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through our website:

  • Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), and your message.
  • Lead capture form: email address, submitted when you request our Claude Adoption Checklist.

We do not collect information passively through cookies or browser fingerprinting.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Send you resources you opted into (such as the Claude Adoption Checklist).
  • Follow up on conversations about potential engagements.
  • Improve our services based on the types of inquiries we receive.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used exclusively for internal business purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website relies on a small number of third-party services to function. Each processes limited data as described below:

  • Formspree processes form submissions on our behalf. When you submit a contact or lead capture form, your data passes through Formspree's servers and is forwarded to us via email. See Formspree's privacy policy.
  • Calendly handles scheduling when you book a discovery call. Calendly collects the information you provide during booking under their own privacy policy. See Calendly's privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare provides DNS, edge hosting (Cloudflare Pages), and infrastructure for our site. Cloudflare may collect technical information (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and operations. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Plausible Analytics provides our website analytics. Plausible is cookieless, does not collect personal data, does not track individuals across sites, and is GDPR-compliant. It records aggregate page views, referrers, country (derived from IP and not stored), and click events on key elements (buttons, links, form submissions). See Plausible's privacy approach.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only data stored in your browser is your theme preference (light or dark mode), saved to localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service. It collects aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, countries) and click events on key elements (buttons, links, form submissions) without identifying or tracking individual visitors. We may also tag the URLs of our outbound links (such as Calendly booking links) with attribution parameters so we can see which pages drive scheduled calls; these parameters do not identify you personally.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions and lead capture emails are kept for the duration of any ongoing business relationship or inquiry. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Withdraw consent for any future communications.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Sales

We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information. We will never sell personal information. This applies to all visitors, users, and clients regardless of jurisdiction.

AI Readiness Assessment

When you take our AI Readiness Assessment, we process your conversation through Anthropic's Claude API and store your results in Cloudflare's infrastructure. This section describes specifically what we collect, where it goes, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect during an assessment

  • Your responses to the 20-turn diagnostic conversation (verbatim).
  • Scores and insights across 5 AI readiness dimensions, derived from your responses. Some stored metadata includes headline phrases drawn verbatim from your conversation (stored in our internal database for analytics).
  • Session metadata: timestamps, request rate for rate-limiting, browser type, IP-derived geolocation (country, city, timezone, AS/ISP organization).
  • Optional: your name, company, email, and industry context if you provide them at the start or end of the assessment.

Where your data goes

  • Anthropic (AI processor): Claude Sonnet 4.6 under Anthropic's paid-tier API terms. Anthropic does NOT train on API conversation data. Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse detection, then deletes.
  • Cloudflare (infrastructure processor): Workers compute (stateless), KV (conversation snapshot, assessment results with verbatim quotes, session metadata), D1 database (scores, contact info, IP-derived geo, headline metrics containing verbatim fragments), R2 (generated PDF reports), Workers Logs and Observability (aggregated operational metrics). Cloudflare also maintains short-lived rate-limiting counters keyed by IP; these auto-expire within minutes and are not purgeable on individual request.
  • Formspree: used for the initial site lead-capture form AND for the contact-capture gate on the assessment results page (name, email, company). Formspree does not receive your 20-turn conversation content.
  • Calendly: scheduling links, including on the assessment results screen. Calendly does not receive your conversation content.
  • GitHub: code repository hosting (no prospect data).

Retention schedule

  • Conversation snapshot (session KV): 7 days, auto-delete.
  • Assessment results (result KV, includes verbatim quotes): 90 days, auto-delete.
  • Recovered session archive (recovered KV): 90 days, auto-delete.
  • Session metadata (session meta KV): 24 hours, auto-delete.
  • D1 assessments row (scores, contact info, IP-derived geo, headline metrics containing verbatim fragments): retained indefinitely for internal analytics UNLESS you request deletion.
  • Generated PDF reports (R2): retained indefinitely UNLESS you request deletion.
  • D1 point-in-time-recovery (PITR) snapshots: approximately 30 days after row modification; Cloudflare manages this retention window.

Your rights (GDPR Art. 15, 17, 20 / CCPA)

  • Deletion (erasure): email [email protected] to request deletion. We hard-delete (not soft-delete) your D1 row, purge all KV keys and R2 PDF for your session, and log the deletion in our internal audit table, within 30 days of your request. Cloudflare D1 PITR snapshots retain the deleted row for roughly 30 additional days per Cloudflare's backup policy; after that window the record is fully unrecoverable. If you require immediate full erasure below the PITR window, let us know when you request deletion and we will coordinate with Cloudflare support.
  • Access: email the same address for a copy of your stored data.
  • Correction: email if stored data is inaccurate.
  • Portability: assessment results can be exported as PDF or JSON on request.

Data residency

Global routing via Cloudflare and Anthropic. We do not offer regional residency guarantees. If your organization requires EU-only or US-only processing, contact us before starting an assessment.

Healthcare and PHI notice

This assessment is a workflow-level conversation, not a clinical or patient-level data system. You may describe healthcare workflows, operational challenges, and team structure in the abstract. Do NOT paste actual Protected Health Information (patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses tied to identifiable individuals, or any other PHI as defined under HIPAA) into the conversation. If you do paste PHI, it will be stored in our KV and D1 systems as described above and subject to the same retention schedule. If your organization operates under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and requires HIPAA-compliant data handling for this conversation, contact us before starting an assessment.

AI Readiness Assessment section effective date: April 18, 2026.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
